The Regional Human Resource Manager is a vital linchpin connecting our corporate team with our frontline human resource professionals.
The key to success includes using the human resources team and people skills to help leaders be more profitable and employees be more engaged.
The role has a critical importance to the company with leading human capital initiatives, executing on strategic initiatives, and achieving key outcomes as defined by corporate human resources and the regional business leaders.
A balanced mix of business acumen, infectious personality and dynamic human resource professionalism will be essential to success.
Measurement includes the ability to lead other human resource professionals toward defined objectives and goals, ability to influence leaders to make positive change, utilize data sources to make business cases for leaders while significantly moving the needle on engagement and employee retention.
Major Responsibilities and Essential Functions :
Recruit, select, develop and retain a top performing Human Resource Managers Provide training, coaching and development opportunities for your HR team Partner with corporate human resources to execute on strategic initiatives and help with strategy development as assigned; special projects as needed Be a business partner with the regional RVP(s) to lead HR initiatives that influence business outcomes in a positive direction Be recognized as a sound business partner with all regional leaders supporting business objectives through the HR channel Be a leader over data and analytics that influence managers and leaders to act toward desired outcomes Be a SME in state labor laws and lead the HR Team to make business decisions in favor of the company - a key KPI will be the avoidance of charges and lawsuits Lead and help HR Managers lead improved employee engagement as measured by turnover and survey results Lead and oversee all employee relations matters in the region preferably through the HR Managers or directly with the associated business managers and employees depending on the complexity of the issue while seeking collaboration from corporate human resources as required by the corporate leadership team Have a master level understanding of FMLA, FLSA, ADA, California Laws, employment law, benefits and other essential guidelines Have an advanced level of knowledge in Workday HRIS system and will hold employees responsible to complete and proper input of data, timekeeping, and use of relevant reports to manage human capital Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management Interpret policies and help everyone understand the why behind the rule without changing company policy Partner with HR Managers and operational leadership to protect and project our brand and vital cultural elements Qualifications and Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree with a master's degree preferred Minimum of 8-10 years' experience effectively working through complex employee relations issues.
Must have California experience with employee relations including legal matters.
Working level knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices and FSLA laws for California, employee relations, diversity, performance management and all applicable laws both state and federal.
Reliable, professional and willing to make and keep commitments Solid experience with an advanced HRIS system - preference for Workday applications Proficient with Microsoft Office with excellent computer skills in Excel Excellent interpersonal skills encompassing written and oral communication Must be collaborative in leading teams and working with leaders Must have perseverance when challenges are present in the market and able to step up to lead the team A valid driver's license and ability to work extra hours when needed Must be able to travel locally at least 30% of the time (local) Other Work Conditions:
This position is will require regular travel primarily local and during business hours although some occasional out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
This is a full-time, exempt position.
Work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
