Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead a crew of workers in completing assigned tasks and projects - Provide guidance and instruction to crew members to ensure work is done efficiently and effectively - Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure it meets company standards - Collaborate with supervisors and managers to coordinate crew schedules and assignments - Train new crew members on job duties, safety protocols, and company policies - Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety procedures and addressing any safety concerns - Communicate with clients or project managers to understand project requirements and address any issues or concerns
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team - Knowledge of industry-specific tools, equipment, and techniques - Ability to problem-solve and make decisions quickly and effectively - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities - Attention to detail to ensure work is completed accurately and meets quality standards - Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods Note:
