KEY ACTIVITIES To provide typical reception duties - this will involve being the key contact for visitors and gathering information to assist.
Answering multi line phones, returning calls, taking messages, responding to texts, emails and website information requests.
Prepare quotations and handle rental transactions Setting up new clients in the computer system Work with sales, technicians, accounting, and management to keep data up to date.
Book and co-ordinate work orders and rental transactions on the job schedule board Incoming/outgoing mail Liaison with clients, agents, and suppliers Sell retail items that support our rental customers.
Administration of the office functions such as procurement, office equipment, office systems Document handling and control Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information Conduct marketing activities through facebook postings and outside the office periodically to boost business/rentals Other admin duties as needed to support business needs Job Type:

Customer face to face transactions are minimal and 6ft distancing is also utilized.
Many transactions are able to be done contactless.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
